- mozzarella cheese
- cooked sausage slices

Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round.
Layer the Base
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, then add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.

- salmon – 100g
- yellowtail – 100g
- shrimp – 4 pieces
- white fish – 80g
- cucumber – 1/2
- thinly sliced
- daikon radish – 1/4 cup
- julienned
- shiso leaves – 2 leaves
- lemon slices – 4 thin slices
- salmon roe – 1 tablespoon
- carrot – 1 small
- thinly sliced
- wasabi – 1 teaspoon
- soy sauce – to taste
Instructions
Prepare Sushi Rice
Cook 2 cups of sushi rice. Once done, mix with 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp salt while rice is still warm. Let it cool to room temperature.
Slice Fish & Vegetables
Thinly slice the tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and white fish. Peel and devein the shrimp, then boil for 2–3 minutes. Slice cucumbers and carrots thinly. Prepare radish and lemon slices.
Assemble the Bowl
In a wide bowl, spread an even layer of seasoned rice. Arrange fish slices, shrimp, cucumber, lemon, radish, and shiso leaves neatly on top.
Garnish
Add a small dollop of wasabi, a spoonful of salmon roe in the center, and serve with soy sauce on the side.
Serve Fresh
Serve immediately while fresh and chilled.
